ShopWell supports both single and multiple currencies to give store owners flexibility in how prices are displayed across global markets.
🔧 Configuring Currency #
To set your store’s default currency, go to:
WooCommerce → Settings → General → Currency Options
From here, you can set:
- Currency – Select the base currency for your store (e.g., USD, EUR).
- Currency Position – Choose to display the symbol before or after the price (e.g., $99 or 99$).
- Thousand Separator – Character for separating thousands (e.g., 1,000 or 1.000).
- Decimal Separator – Character for decimals (e.g., 10.99 or 10,99).
- Number of Decimals – Set how many decimal places to display (commonly 2).

1. Don’t need multiple currencies? Disable it #
Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins, and deactivate FOX – Currency Switcher.
2. Currency symbol appears incorrectly #
Make sure the currency position and symbol are correctly set under: WooCommerce → Settings → General → Currency Options
