How to Install and Activate Required and Recommended Plugins

To fully unlock the features and functionality of the ShopWell theme, you need to install and activate a few required and recommended plugins. This guide will show you how to do that quickly and efficiently.

Step 1: Install the Recommended Plugin ‘Hester Core’ #

The Hester Core plugin is essential for managing required and recommended plugins, as well as importing prebuilt demos. Follow these steps to install it:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
  3. In the search bar, type Hester Core.
  4. Locate the plugin in the search results and click Install Now.
  5. After installation, click Activate.

Step 2: Install and Activate Required and Recommended Plugins #

Once the Hester Core plugin is active, you can easily install and activate all the required and recommended plugins from the Hester settings page.

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Hester > Plugins.
  2. You will see a list of required and recommended plugins. Install and activate them as follows:

Required Plugins:

  • Elementor: Drag-and-drop page builder to design your website.
  • WooCommerce: Adds e-commerce functionality to your site.
  • Meta Box: Provides advanced custom fields and meta boxes.

Recommended Plugins:

  1. Click the Install button next to each plugin to download and install it.
