User Avatar and Social Profiles

Blogsy lets each author upload a custom avatar and add social profile links that appear in their bio section on single posts.

Set your custom avatar #

1. In the WordPress dashboard, go to Users → Profile.
2. Scroll to the Extra Info From The Theme tab/section.
3. Upload or choose an image for your Avatar.
4. Save the profile.

This avatar will be used in Blogsy’s author boxes and other theme areas that display the author image.

Add your social profile links #

1. While still in Users → Profile → Extra Info From The Theme, locate the social fields (for example, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
2. Enter the full URLs for each profile you want to display.
3. Save the profile.

These social icons and links will then appear in the author bio section on single posts and anywhere else the Blogsy author box is used.
